Why invest in land?
There are several reasons why investing in land
is such a good proposition. Firstly, you have an asset that requires
no work or maintenance. It simply sits there accruing value.
Another reason for land investment is many
people initially buy prebuilt property only to find further down the
line that it isn't quite suitable. This has been the case where
retirees have bought on a holiday site only to find it isn't wasn't
what they expected, they want to live quietly, full time but have to
cede during the summer months to families and the inevitable
festivities that can go with that.
Having your own land means you can have a

You don't have to build, you can simply hold on

land in Turkey, firstly, the maximum amount is 25,000m2, above that
government approval needs seeking. Secondly, some areas can not be
owned by foreigners. Ask at the local council offices for
confirmation of the area that interests you.
