Default British Irish Development in Kusadasi

A new listing in the new devs section for an Irish/British investment company, Key Investments. Good detached houses all with a nice space between them and only 9 left.
There was a recent Turkish magazine article about the complex Golden Sunset which though positive made an error in the heading saying it was an Irish Colony. That is not so, there are Irish and British residents and others are welcome. Golden Sunset wishes to make it clear that it is not the Irish only site written about in other articles.
Prices on these are really good too for large detached houses, starting at 100,000 Euro. Paul and Una will be happy to answer any questions anyone has, in the meantime here's a pic of some happy buyers from the magazine :

I know when I saw the pictures alone I thought, aha, someone has got it right. No pokey rooms, detached properties and space between you and your neighbours.

Hi Bernie & Mekhan Hope all is good with you both.
Thank you for your comments about golden sunset
Yes they done a super job as you know all houses have 3 phase electric, therfore we don’t have any problems when all appliances are on in all the villas, plus alarms are great security, and don’t forget the wireless connection for all residences,
We better clarify nationalities who live their,
6 English,4 Irish, 5 British, (Northern Irish mix)
2 Scottish, 1 Welsh ,2 Turkish
Better stop plugging now all the best Paul & Una

We own a villa on the golden sunset development and we are delighted with the standard of the villa.
We also have another villa, bought in 2004 near davutlar, and have since spent many hours/money maintaining it due to poor workmanship. When we saw the quality of build at golden sunset, we thought somebody had finally got it right and we have not been dissapointed.
We have viewed many developments in and around Kusadasi and we are convinced that golden sunset represents the highest quality and value for money, also the development was completed on time, which as far as Im aware is very very rare in Turkey!
By the way we can vouch that the site is not all irish as we are english! and have met scots and welsh owners.
Looking forward to meeting other owners this coming summer, we are next there in june.
Cheers Ian & Maria

It's good to hear people happy with their developments, it really makes a change from some of the whinging I get in my mail box! Paul and Una definitely got this one right, I have to admit to liking them the minute I saw them.

I too can vouch for the professional standard and honesty of these developers. we met them by chance a few years ago and have watched this development from the beginning. My husband has worked in the building industry and was highly impressed by the build quality. I have many friends who are living in Turkey and we have yet to see any house meet the same quality as they are built to uk/european standards. The design is fab no small rooms and every design feature including hidden air con units out side and remote control shutters. One of the best features on the site I thought was the on site transport that was part owned by all the residents. This was available for airport pickups etc.
I couldnt say enough about this site as we watched it from foundation to finish with great interest especially my other half who was into damp proofing, insulation and sewage pipes. Me, I loved the bathrooms kitchens etc.
I only wish I had seen them before I had bought my own house!
So I wish Una and Paul the best of luck with the rest of the development and best wishes to everyone who lives there They have certainly found their place in the sun!
