Rentals To list a villa to rent there is an annual fee of £65 (discounts for multiple owners). For this we will set up a database for your own booking calendar, add your photographs and maintain your listing. You will be in total control of all your bookings and will be able to update details yourself. Your booking will come directly to you ensuring you alone deal with your own clients.


FSBO To list your villa for sale on the FSBO section there is an annual fee of £65. We will add your listing and forward enquiries directly to you. This can represent a significant saving on listing with agents who have a standard 3% fee and are limited by their own areas.

Holidays Holidays to Turkey is a new section and fees will be the same as FSBO and Rentals, ie 65 pounds sterling a year to advertise your hotel, bar. restaurant, tours etc.

Services If you wish to advertise in the services section we would need to check 3 references before we can consider listing. There is a small annual fee of £65.

Developers Developers who wish to list with Turkeyvilla have to initially submit 3 references, once verified we will give your application due consideration.
02/10/07 A new system of fixed fee advertising will come into play, references will still be needed but clients will deal direct with developers.
